Nifty's Korean BBQ & Ramen
About This Spot
Stepping into Nifty's Korean BBQ & Ramen is like finding a quiet corner of Seoul tucked into the heart of downtown Orlando. The space carries a gentle warmth—an unhurried rhythm where familiar aromas of simmering broths and sizzling meats invite you to slow down and savor the moment. It’s the kind of place where the pace allows for meaningful conversation, and the scent of tender bulgogi or spicy tteokbokki wraps softly around your senses.
The atmosphere feels personal and unpretentious, shaped by a family-run spirit that resonates in every detail, from the friendly welcomes at the register to the genuine care in each dish served. Here, meals aren’t just fuel but expressions of comfort and connection—whether you’re digging into a hearty bibimbap layered with fresh ingredients or savoring a bowl of ramen where coconut curry mingles unexpectedly with Korean flare.
The menu echoes both tradition and a playful curiosity, presenting familiar Korean flavors in approachable forms, like wraps and noodle bowls that strike a balance between satisfying and thoughtful. Patrons often find themselves discovering little rituals, such as dipping gimbap into spicy sauces or exploring homemade hot sauces that awaken the taste buds without overwhelming them. It’s a place where spice is measured, flavors are deliberate, and every bite feels like unfolding a new layer of a shared story.
Behind Nifty’s inviting vibe is a subtle but tangible sense of community—a local spot where guests leave with more than just a full belly. The hospitality quietly encourages return visits, promising moments where food becomes a gentle connector among friends, family, and even new acquaintances drawn by the familiar clatter of out-of-town ramen lovers and regulars alike.

This place truly felt like a home-away-from-home experience, almost as if a family member were serving me a warm meal. I went during the lunch hour with my husband, and it wasn’t too busy. I ordered the tofu ramen with the spicy Korean broth. The heat level was a bit high for me but not overwhelming, overall amazing flavor. The owner mentioned it’s about a 5 out of 10, which I agree with. If you prefer something milder, I’d recommend the miso, soyu, or curry ramen instead.

Love this place! The owner is so nice and the food is really tasty. The bibimbap is so filling and delicious and if you get the homemade hot sauces with it has real kick . The jajangmyeon is also really good and savory. Prices are reasonable and it's a fun mom & pop local place to grab a meal.

This place has amazing Ramen, got the Gojuchang ramen with chicken and kimchi and it was so good not too spicy or sweet and the perfect amount of seasoning. The lady cashier was also very nice and made sure we were enjoying our meal. I will definitely be back! The price is very fair too especially for downtown orlando.

Tteokbokki and gimbak were so delicious. We even got the great suggestion to dip the gimbak in the tteokbokki sauce. Very friendly service and cozy atmosphere. We left happy and satisfied.

Some of the best ramen I’ve had - amazing flavor. However, even though everyone orders and pays at the register, it was a really long wait for the food to arrive - somewhere around 45-60 minutes. There was an event downtown that might have factored in, but I wouldn’t risk it if in a rush. That being said, I would recommend trying the ramen here and have already mentioned it to some friends. The high ratings and reviews seem very well deserved!

Literally one of these best ramens I ever had at a Korean Restaurant so far. The staff are very kind and helpful and funny. The menu is expansive in just the right way, clearly labeling items and dish categories. Overall, this is thee most affordable ramen I ever had, with amazing portions as well. Their other menu items are also affordable as well. This place is a must try if you’re driving through downtown Orlando.

I just walked out of here and I felt like I had to write down my thoughts as it’s fresh. This place is such a hidden gem. The owners are so kind and sweet and genuinely love their customers. If I knew the food was going to be this good, I would have taken pics to post ad part of my review. I was so full but I didn’t even want to stop eating bc the flavors were so amazing. The quality and flavors reminded me of K-Town in LA, but arguably maybe even better! I’ve never been in a Korean family kitchen but this feels like a family experience. Truly cannot say enough amazing things about the food and experience at Niftys!
